Step 1
Dice pork

Step 2
Cut green beans into 1 cm cubes

Step 3
Chop garlic, ginger, spring onion, 5 pickle, fresh chili and dried chili

Step 4
In a pot of boiling water, add salt and blanch green beans for 2 minutes and reserve for later use

Step 5
In a medium heat pan with 1 tbsp. oil sauté dried chili, garlic, ginger and spring onion until fragrant

Step 6
Then add pork and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add Chinese wine, sugar and dark soy for seasoning. Quick stir and reserve pork mixture for later use

In a medium pan with 1 tbsp. oil, sauté green beans, then add pork mixture and 5 pickles, sauté for 2 minutes

Step 8
Add in fresh chili and quick stir
