Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
1. Inject the defatted high-calcium milk drink into the bottle, add the Chia seeds and cooked buckwheat, and cover the snow in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours (preferably overnight). 2. Put bananas, raspberries and nuts/oats crispy before serving.

Step 2
1. Cut the grain bread and set aside. 2. Add eggs to the cup, skim high calcium milk drink, and mix the cinnamon powder into egg mixture. 3. Place the grain crumb into the egg liquid of step 2. 4. Place in a microwave oven and heat for about 3 minutes on high heat. 5. Add red mulberry / strawberry and maple syrup.

Step 3
1. Beat the eggs into the cup, add the defatted high-calcium milk drink and salt, and stir. 2. Pour the grain bread into the egg liquid of Step One, then add the diced caramel, salad spinach, and sauté the cheese. 3. Place in a microwave oven and heat for about 4 minutes with medium to high heat.

Step 4
1. Into the cup, add egg yolk, sugar, and mix well into egg mixture. 2. Add the cornstarch to the skimmed high-calcium milk drink, stir until there are no granules, and heat it in a microwave oven for 2 minutes to smoke. 3. Slowly add the hot milk to the cup while stirring the egg, then add the Yunni sesame oil and mix well. 4. Place the cup on the dish, add water to the dish to about one inch high, and put it in a microwave oven for about 3-4 minutes with high heat until the pudding is up. 5. Put in a refrigerator for about two hours. 6. Sprinkle sugar on the pudding before use and burn to a micro-focus with a musket.
