Add fish maw and cook for 15 minutes

Step 4
blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes

Step 5

Add fish maw to simmer on medium heat for at least 1 hour

Then thicken the sauce with some corn starch mixture

Step 8
Transfer chicken to a serving plate

Pour the sauce on top of the fish maw
