Fish Maw Chinese Yam and Chicken Leg Soup

Fish maw contains a high level of collagen which is good for skin health. Cook soup together with chicken legs to produce a taste of freshness and sweetness!

Step 1
Rinse the chicken feet Soak and rinse the dried scallops, dried Chinese yam, wolfberries and longans. Cut the green onion into sections.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil and add ginger, green onion and rice wine. Blanch the fish maws for 3 minutes. Rinse and drain.

Step 3
Bring another pot of water to boil. Add pork shank, chicken feet and blanch for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pot, add fish maws, chicken feet, pork shank, scallops, Chinese yam, wolfberries, longans and water. Bring to boil on medium heat.

Step 5
Cover the lid. Reduce to medium low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with some salt and ready to serve.
