Fatty Beef Roll with Enoki Mushrooms

Many of us love Fatty Beef Roll with Enoki Mushrooms. These two seemingly unrelated ingredients happen to be a perfect match in this recipe. This is a wonderful culinary example of East meets West and something delightful is born. The best part of this dish is allowing enoki mushrooms to absorb the essence of fatty beef.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the enoki mushrooms, trim the stems.

Step 2
Slice the green and red chili peppers. Coarsely chop the garlic. Shred the green and red bell pepper.

Step 3
Roll up the mushrooms and shredded green and red bell peppers with fatty beef.

Step 4
In a bowl, combine Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, black beans, salt to make a sauce.

Step 5
In a pot, add some oil, saute half of the minced garlic until aromatic. Add the beef rolls. Pour the sauce on top and simmer for 3 minutes

Step 6
Transfer to plate. Drizzle sesame oil on top
