Fancy colorful salmon rice balls
Salmon is with high nutritional value, go with a delicious and chewy rice, today I will combine with different material which can make the visual rendering more fancy, and plus favorite dipping Korean chillie sauce to eat, no matter kids’ party or make your own lovely lunch box both are very suitable ~

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven 200 degree, wrap the salmon fillet with foil, then bake the fish for 20 mins, until well-done. (without seasoning)

Step 2
To mashed the cooked salmon with a fork, till become tiny small pieces. Set aside.

Step 3
To minced the carrot, then set aside.

Step 4
Put the egg into the boiling water for about 9 ~ 10 minutes until cooked, take out the egg yolks, mashed the egg yolks then set aside.

Step 5
Put the cooked rice in large bowl, add the vinegar into warm rice, then sprinkle sea salt, use hand to slightly mix till well combined, and cover with wet napkin.

Step 6
Put the salmon ,sushi rice gently mix with a fork, grabbing about 2tbsp of rice.

Step 7
Shaped it as rice ball (you can also use lovely mould what kids prefer types)

Step 8
To put the rice balls into carrots, egg yolks, Sea Sedge, then roll them on the surface of rice balls, then you could serve with the chillie paste, enjoy it !
