Recipe Details
An omelet is a healthy, quick choice for breakfast or any meal of the day. There is no rule for cooking one. Be creative with you flavor combinations!

Dice the green pepper and ham

Cut the onion and tomatoes into small diced

Step 3
Cut the baby potatoes in half

place in a mixing bowl. Season with sa

Transfer to the baking pan, and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 180°C until golden brown

In the mixing bowl, slightly beat the egg with the milk, season with salt and pepper

In a sauté pan, add oil on a medium heat and sauté the onion, ham until fragrant

Then add the tomato and green pepper and cook for another minutes

Transfer to the bowl and set aside

Ladle half of the egg on a non-stick pan, cook the egg about half way, then add the filling in the middle

Then fold the egg and make it into a roll

Add some filling on top and sprinkle some cheese on top

Place in the oven for a minute until the cheese is melt

Transfer to the plate and with the baked potatoes. Ready to serve
