Wash the mushrooms and trim the stems. Drain dry and arrange onto a plate.

Step 2
lice the soft tofu and arrange onto of the mushrooms

Mince the green and red chili pepper

Step 4
In a bowl, combine minced pork with Chinese cooking wine, marinate for 5 minutes. Then add the minced green chili peppers into the marinated pork

Step 5
Steam over water on high heat for 8-9 minutes. Garnish and serve.
