Enoki Mushroom Rolls

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add fresh tofu skin to blanch for 2 minutes. Drain completely dry

Step 2
On a flat working surface. Place a sheet of tofu skin on the bottom and add some enoki mushrooms on top. Roll them up (as shown in the picture.) Repeat for the remaining ingredients

Step 3
Arrange them on a serving plate

Step 4
Next, steam the Enoki mushroom rolls over water on high heat for 6 minutes. While the rolls are steaming, prepare the brown sauce. Combine the brown sauce ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil on medium heat. Once the sauce thickens, season with salt to taste. Remove from heat

Step 5
When the Enoki mushroom rolls are ready, pour the brown sauce on top. Ready to serve
