Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the pork belly. Marinate with soy sauce and white wine for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Chop and remove the roots of enoki mushrooms. Rinse the mushroom.

Step 3
Roll the mushroom with sliced pork belly and fix with toothpick.

Step 4
Sear in a non-sticky pan on low heat with some oil until golden brown.

Step 5
Season with some salt, chicken powder and water. Cook on low heat until the sauce is thickened. Ready to serve.
