Step 1
Soak the bean curd sheets until soft. Boil the eggs, remove the skin and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and separate the lily bulbs. Place into water to prevent turning brown.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add bean curd sheets and cover the lid. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until melted.

Step 4
Add fresh lily bulbs, rock sugar and eggs. Cook for another 3 minutes. Ready to serve.
