Egg and Crab Meat Rice

Scrambled egg and the unique sauce, simply a perfect match with rice!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Shred the crab sticks. Rinse the shiitake mushrooms, remove the stems and slice.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until softened. Transfer to a plate and let cool.

Step 3
Beat the eggs. Add shitake mushrooms, 1/2 crab sticks and mix well.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add egg wash and keep stirring with chopsticks. Cook until half set. Remove from heat and place on top of the rice.

Step 5
Mix together chicken broth, mirin, oyster sauce and brown sugar. Bring to boil on medium heat.

Step 6
Add the remaining crab sticks and corn starch water. Cook until thickened. Pour over the egg and ready to serve.
