Chirashi Sushi is very easy to make but looks very attractive. Your colleagues must be jealous of you when you open the lunchbox at office.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 175°C and cover a baking tray with foil.

Step 2
Mix together the sushi rice and furikake. Put into the lunchbox.

Step 3
Place the eel on the baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes and dice.

Step 4
Beat the egg with sugar.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add egg wash, cook until done and julienne.

Step 6
Layer eel, egg and nori flakes on the rice. Ready to serve.
