Edamame Soft Bread

Step 1
Prepare the edamame paste

Combine the beaten egg with warm water

Combine the bread flour with regular flour, sift into a large mixing bowl

Add sugar and salt. Mix gently

Add butter to the dough

Keep pinching with your fingers until all of the butter is fully incorporated into the dough

Transfer to a large bow, l and cover with a damp towel

Knead with both hands to form a round dough again

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces

Roll each piece into a round shape, cover with a damp towel and rest for 10 minutes
