Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Halve the bacon. Slice the tomatoes. Halve the burger buns horizontally. Set aside.

Step 2
Divide the minced beef into 12 equal portions. Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt. Place on the cutting board and gently roll into balls (Do not press too hard).

Step 3
Place the bacon onto a baking tray. Bake for 6 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 4
Prepare another baking tray. Place the beef balls and press into patties. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Place the Cheddar cheese and bacon on top.

Step 6
Place the burger buns on the baking tray and bake for 3 minutes until golden brown.

Step 7
Place the bottom part of the bun on a cutting board. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on top. Add the beef, lettuce, sweet relish and tomato over.

Step 8
Cover with the top part of the bun and Secure with toothpicks.Ready to serve.
