Boil the egg until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Peel and set aside

Step 3

Wash the cucumber or squash. Cut into ½ inch thick pieces. Hallow out the center

Step 4

Cut the top part of the egg (about 1/3)

Step 5

Carefully pick out the yolks

Step 6

Carefully trim (with a pair of scissors) to carve the edges of the egg whites

Step 7

Mash the egg yolk and spoon inside the egg whites

Step 8

Decorate them as desired

Step 9

Transfer to serving plate

Step 10

Ready to serve
