Easter Chocolate Eggs

Boil a pot of water

Melt chocolate over water

Brush the inside of the mold with chocolate

Then refrigerate. Repeat until shell is thick enough

First combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract

Beat until smooth

Then beat butter until smooth

Add back the cream cheese mixture. Beat well and set aside

Cut the mango into small pieces

Then in a pot, combine the mango, jam, and butter

Cook until softened and then blend (in a mixer) until smooth

Brush the edges with melted chocolate. Combine them to form and egg shell

Add spoonfuls of egg white mixture inside

Add egg yolk mixture on top
