We usually use earl grey to brew tea. Turn it into a smooth pudding with cream and milk!

Step 1
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the milk and whipping cream on the low heat. Add sugar until dissolves.
Step 3
Add earl grey tea bags, remove from the heat and soak for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the tea bags and add gelatin sheets until dissolve.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to containers and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Ready to serve.
