Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2
Beat the butter and caster sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Step 3
Add egg yolk and mix well. Add Earl Grey tea leaves and mix well. Sieve in corn starch and cake flour. Mix well.

Step 4
Roll the dough into a cylinder. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Step 5
Cut into 0.5cm thick slices. Place on the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and ready to serve.
