Step 1
Rinse and soak beiqi, dang shen, wolfberries, dried longans, dried orange peel and set aside.

Step 2
Bring water to boil. Add black bone chicken and blanch for 5 minutes.

Step 3
In a steam bowl, add black bone chicken, beiqi, dang shen, wolfberries, dried longans, dried orange peel, pork shank and water. Steam on low heat for 2-3 hours.

Step 4
Grind the E Jiao and place it into the bowl.
