Dutch Baby Pancake
Recipe Details
Dutch baby pancake, aka German pancake or Dutch puff, is a sweet popover that is normally served for breakfast. With chocolate added, this recipe will make it feel like you are having dessert for breakfast

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 200°C. Double boil the chocolate until it melted.

Step 2
Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Step 3
In a pan, add 1/2 butter and melt. Add batter and cook under medium heat for 1 minute. Add remaining butter in the middle. Place into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until expanded and golden brown.

Step 4
In another pan, add blueberries and raspberries, powdered sugar, chocolate sauce and almond slices on top. Garnish with orange peel and mint leaves. Ready to serve.
