In a blender, add the durian flesh and blend until smooth.

Step 2
In a pot, add half of the milk, whipping cream, sugar and bring it to simmer. Set aside.

Step 3
In a bowl, combine the remaining milk, gelatin powder and double boil until the gelatin powder is completely dissolve.

Step 4
Combine the milk mixture together and add the durian to mix well.

Step 5
Pour the durian mixture in the container and refrigerate for overnight or until it set.

Step 6
Ready to serve.
