Dumpling Wrappers Lasagna

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the minced beef with salt and black pepper 20 minutes and stir-fry until half-cooked.

Step 2
Add tomato paste, some water, bay leaf, sat and sugar. Cook on medium heat for 1 minutes and remove from heat.

Step 3
Mix together the meat sauce, egg and sliced cherry tomatoes. Remove the bay leaf.

Step 4
Bring a pot of water to boil and add some oil. Add the dumpling wrappers piece by piece and cook for half minutes. Place into room temperature water to cool down.

Step 5
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Layer the meat sauce first.

Step 6
Add a layer of dumpling wrappers, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat 4 times and sprinkle the cheese on top.

Step 7
Bake on 190°C for 30 minutes and ready to serve.
