Preheat an oven to 210°C.
Step 2
Halve the mini sausages and cheddar cheese.
Step 3
Grease the dumpling wrappers with olive oil. Place the cheddar cheese and mini sausages on top.

Beat the egg, spread some egg wash on the edge of the dumping wrappers and stick together.
Step 5
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper, place the hot dog roll on top and brush the egg wash on the surface.
Step 6
Bake 6 minutes until golden brown.
