Clean the fresh mushroom.Clean and trim off the end of the shimeji mushroom

Step 2
Slice the Chinese cured ham

Step 3
Wash and drain the seasonal vegetable

Step 4
In a pot, add the soy milk and Chinese cured ham and bring it to boil

Add the shimeji mushroom, fresh mushroom

Step 6
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and white pepper

Transfer to the plate and set aside

Add the vegetable and cook the vegetable is tender

Transfer the vegetable on the shallow plate

Lay the shimeji mushroom, fresh mushroom. Pour the soy milk and the Chinese cured ham over. Ready to serve
