Dried White Cabbage, Dried Oyster and Carrot Soup

Dried white cabbage and dried oyster help to cool our body heat. Cooking together with dried figs and lean pork makes the soup more delicious!

Step 1
Rinse and soak the dried white cabbage, dried oysters, dried figs, sweet and bitter apricot. Peel and cut the carrot into pieces. Soak the orange peel until soft and set aside.

Step 2
In a pot, add dried white cabbage, dried oysters, carrot, dried duck gizzard, dried figs. Lean pork, sweet and bitter apricot, dried orange peel and water. Bring to boil on medium heat.

Step 3
Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 2 hours.

Step 4
Remove the lid. Season with salt and ready to serve.
