Dried Pork Egg Pancake Taiwanese Style

Beat one egg in a bowl. In another mixing bowl

Step 2
Combine the flour, corn starch and water. Whisk well

Step 3
Combine the egg into the flour mixture and season with salt. Add the green onion and mix well

Step 4
In a pan, add oil on a medium heat, ladle the batter

Step 5
Cook until golden brown on the side. Then flip it over and cook for another 30 seconds until the other side is cooked

Step 6
Transfer to the plate and repeat the step

Step 7
In a bowl, beat the other egg

Step 8
Cook in the pan on a medium heat

Step 9
When the egg is cooked, place the pancake on top

Step 10
Add the dried shredded pork in the middle and form a roll
