Dried Lily Bulb Chinese Yam and Conch Soup

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the frozen conches. Soak and rinse the dried lily bulbs, longan, wolfberries, dried Chinese yam. Soak the dried orange peel until soft and set aside. Bring a pot of water to boil. Blanch the conches and pork for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
In Nutzen Evolutionary Ceramic Strew, add conches, pork, dried lily bulbs, longan, wolfberries, dried Chinese yam, dried orange peel and water.

Step 3
Press “Soup” red button. The light will stop flashing and LED will display “-2:30”, which means the soup cooking function starts.

Step 4
When the pot starts beeping, open the lid and season with some salt. Ready to serve.
