Himalayan teasel root10 g
Rehmannia root12 g
Glossy privet fruit12 g
Largehead atractylodes rhizome12 g
Indian bread12 g
Epimedium herb12 g

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse all the Chinese herbs and set aside.

Step 2
In a pot, add all the Chinese herbs and 6 bowls of water. Bring to boil on medium high heat. Reduce to medium low heat and cook for 45 minutes.

Step 3
Sieve and ready to serve.
