Step 1
Separate the egg white and egg yolk in 2 bowls.

Step 2
Add some salt and lemon juice in the egg white and beat until fluffy.

Step 3
Add some water in the egg yolk and whisk together.

Step 4
In a pan on a medium heat, wipe a thin layer of oil using a kitchen paper.

Step 5
Add the egg yolk until it set.

Step 6
Gently add the egg white on top, roll it and cook until golden brown.

Step 7
Slice the roll and ready to serve.
