Double Layer Crispies

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place the Jules Destrooper Butter Crisps and Jules Destrooper Almond Thins in separate zipper bag. Use a rolling pin to make it to coarsely crumble

Step 2
In a non-stick pan, add 60mL water and 150g of marshmallow on a medium low heat. Cook until the marshmallow is completely melted

Step 3
Remove from the heat and add the crumbled Jules Destrooper butter crisps, chocolate chips and mix well

Step 4
Place the parchment paper in the pan and transfer the mixture to the pan. Add another parchment paper over the mixture and press the mixture evenly and firm. Remove the parchment paper

Step 5
In a non-stick pan, add 40mL water and the rest of marshmallow on a medium low heat. Remove from the heat and add the crumble Jules Destrooper Almond Thins and mix well

Step 6
Place it on top of the crisps mixture, place a parchment paper and press the mixture evenly and firm. Remove the parchment paper

Step 7
Let cool and cut into pieces
