Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft. Use double boiling method to melt the gelatine.

Step 2
Use low heat to warm the coconut milk, add half of the sugar and half of the gelatine solution. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3
Blend the mangoes to juice (add water if it is too thick), add melted gelatine and sugar, stir evenly. Then put it in the refrigerator until set.

Step 4
Take cut the mango pudding, and cut into cube, serve.
