Double Cheese Dumplings

The eastern dumplings and the western cheese combine together and become an amazing treat! Filled and covered with melted cheese, these dumplings bring you double surprises.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C;In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, green onion, cheddar cheese, light soy sauce, corn starch, sugar, sesame oil and white pepper.

Step 2
Place the pork filling in the middle of the wrapper then fold it to shape.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add the dumpling and cook until golden brown at the bottom

Step 4
Flip it over and add some water, cover the lid and cook until the liquid has evaporated and the dumpling is cooked

Step 5
Transfer the dumpling to the baking dish, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and place in the oven and bake it until the cheese has melted.

Step 6
Sprinkle with some shredded nori and ready to serve
