Double Boiled Papaya with Almond Sweet Milk

Step 1
Soak the apricot kernels for an hour and drain. Place in the blender

Step 2
Combine rice and 150mL milk and place in the blender

Step 3
Blend until smooth

Step 4
Drain the mixture through 2 fish bags

Step 5
Save the liquid in the pot

Step 6
Place the liquid and the rest of the milk in the pot and bring it to boil, then lower the heat and add rock sugar and cook until it dissolved

Step 7
Cut the end of the papaya, so it can be able to stand

Step 8
Then cut it in half and remove the seeds

Step 9
Place the papaya on the plate and add the milk mixture about ¾ full of the papaya

Step 10
In the pot, add water about 2” high and place the steaming rack in the pot. Then place the papaya in the pot and steam it for 10-20 minutes
