Recipe Details
The most popular street food and best choice to take away must be Kebab. The marinated meat makes the doner juicy and tasty, you can also taste the fresh meat flavour with gravy. Trust me, you will never forget about this delicious dish once you have tired. A thin pita wrapping yummy meat and various vegetables , have a big bite and all ingredients combined perfectly, which you couldn't stop eating it at all.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, mix all ingredients for marination in a bowl.

Step 2
mix flour, salt and yeast, add warm water slowly to make a dough.

Step 3
Let the dough fermentation for an hour.

Step 4
Divide the dough into 4, roll them to 1cm thick dough.

Step 5
Take a frying pan and heat it, use low heat to fry until its a bit burnt.( if there are bubbles, you could use toothpick to pierce. Just fry one side, its easier to roll.

Step 6
Slice chicken thigh and mutton. Put them into to two bowls separately. Add the marinating mixture for an hour.

Step 7
Remove the seeds and cut the tomato and green pepper. Cut the onion and cl an lettuce.

Step 8
Put the meat into oven for 20 minutes until its cooked
