If you find deviled eggs too common, follow this recipe to make deviled potatoes!
Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 200°C. Cover a baking tray with foil and set aside.

Step 2
Halve the baby potatoes.

Step 3
Season with olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.

Step 4
Place on the baking tray. Bake for 35-40 minutes until softened. Let cool.

Step 5
Hollow out the baby potatoes and mash the flesh.

Step 6
Mix together with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

Step 7
Transfer to a pipping bag. Pipe into the hollowed potato. Sprinkle with paprika and ready to serve.
