As known from childhood, sandwiches have 2 slices of bread with filling. After growing up and notice that there are many changes on sandwiches. Open Sandwich with single piece of bread not only for filling stomach, the rich fillings lay on a single piece of bread, it gives also a visual enjoyment.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the shell of the shrimp and blanch until cooked.

Step 2
Clean the yellow pepper and slice it. Clean and remove the seed of the tomato and finely dice. Clean the lettuce and tear into two. Peel and fine dice the cucumber. Chop the boil egg and fresh dill.

Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the tomato, cucumber, egg, fresh dill, shrimp, Tobiko, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt and mix together

Step 4
Toast the bread and spread with butter. Place the lettuce leaf and top with the shrimp mixture.
