Delicious Roast Chicken with Rosemary

Peel the onion, cut into medium sized pieces. Peel the carrots

Peel the onion, cut into medium sized pieces

Cut the celery diagonally into medium sized slices

In a large bowl, combine all of the vegetables with chestnuts and chicken

Add white wine, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Mix well with your hands

Prepare a baking tray, arrange the vegetables and chestnuts on the bottom

Place the chicken on top. Wrap with a tin foil (optional.)

Bake the chicken in a pre-heated oven for an hour at 200 degree Celsius. Remove the tin foil, increase the temperature to 220 degree Celsius, bake for 10 minutes
