Soak the hericium in water for 30 minutes

Step 2
Then pull into small pieces

Step 3
Blanch the hericium for 3 minutes

Step 4
Add hericium to deep fry until golden

Step 5
Add red and green peppers, dried red chilies and celery to sauté until aromatic, about 2 minutes. Add fried hericium

Step 6
Season with salt to taste. Ready to serve
