Taro500 g
Glutinous rice flour20 g
White sesame2 tsp
Shaoxing wine1 tbsp
spices powder1 tbsp
Sugar5 g
Salt3 g
Ground white pepper2 g
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel the taro

Step 2
Rinse it in cold water

Step 3
Shred the taro into strip, place in a mixing bowl

Step 4
Add the seasoning and mix together

Step 5
Add the glutinous flour and sesame seed, mix again

Step 6
In a pot, add enough oil for frying. Place the taro mixture in a small colander

Step 7
Deep fry until golden brown

Step 8
Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up excess grease
