Deep-fried Smoked Salmon Spring Roll

It looks like Chinese spring roll, after a bite then found out that there are smoked salmon and cream cheese those western ingredients. This Chinese and western fusion dish is suitable for a weekend party snack. Pair it with fresh cucumber and carrot strips, and spend the afternoon with your good friend.

Cut the smoked salmon into pieces

Step 2
Chop the dill

Step 3
Soften the cream cheese and mix it together with chopped smoked salmon, chopped dill, paprika, black pepper and salt

Cut the spring roll wrapper diagonally in half

Step 5
Place the salmon cream cheese on the edge of the spring roll wrapper

Step 6
Fold in the side and roll it to form into a roll

Step 7
In a pan, add enough oil for frying on a medium high heat. Deep fry the spring roll until golden brown and crispy

Step 8
Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up the excess grease. Ready to serve
