Ingredients
Skinny Potato Chicken Salad
S’mores Waffle
Baked Avocado with Smoked Salmon & Egg
Air fry Crispy Prawn with Almond Flakes
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Air fry Crispy Prawn with Almond Flakes

Step 2
Remove the head, peel (except the tail) and devein the prawns. Marinade with salt, pepper and rice wine for 15 minutes. Beat the egg and set aside.

Step 3
Pat dry the prawns then dip into the flour, eggs and dredge in the almond flakes until it’s well coated.

Step 4
Place the prawns into Pyrex Digital Air Fryer basket and air fry at 180 OC for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Cut the new potato and carrot into medium dice.

Step 7
Slice the cucumber and place into a bowl, toss with some salt and set aside to draw out excess liquid.

Place the eggs, carrot, potato and chicken breast into the Pyrex Digital Food Steamer and steam for 25 minutes. Take out the eggs after 15 minutes, let them cool and then chop. Set aside.

Step 9
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, English mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.

Shred the chicken.

In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients with yogurt dressing and toss until combined. Enjoy!

Preheat Pyrex Compact Oven.

Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the centre slightly and brush with some olive oil.

Line the hollow with smoked salmon ( similar size with the avocado). Carefully place the egg in the middle.

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and sweet parprika. Place into the Pyrex Round Glass Storage 850ml (exclude lid) and bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!

Combine the pancake mix, egg, milk and whisk until smooth.

Step 19
Add in the crumbled oat biscuits and mix well.

Step 20
Preheat Pyrex Sandwich and Waffle Maker, crease the waffle plates with some olive oil and pour in the waffle batter. Close the waffle maker and bake for 4 minutes. 4. Once done, prepare the 2nd waffle.

Once done, prepare the 2nd waffle.

As the 2nd waffle is ready, spread with some hazelnut chocolate and top with some marshmallow, place the 1st waffle and close the waffle maker for 10-20 seconds until the filling is melted. Enjoy!
