Step 1
Blanch the pork ribs in the boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain dry and set aside

Step 2
Heat up some oil on medium heat, add the pork ribs to pan fry until golden on the outside, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and set aside

Step 3
Remove the access oil, add the green onions to saute until aromatic, about 30 seconds

Step 4
Add the pork ribs and saute quickly

Step 5
Add soy sauce, dark vinegar, and dark soy sauce. Saute thoroughly

Step 6
dd water and rock sugar, add ginger.

Step 7
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens
