Combine cream cheese and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well

Cover and refrigerate

In a saute pan, combine water, salt, and butter

Add flour and stir until a smooth dough is formed

Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes

n a bowl, combine yellow and red coloring to the Romano cheese

Add and beat in the eggs, one at a time

Next, add the dough into the egg mixture. Mix well

Line a baking tray with a parchment paper. Drop a tablespoonful of puff mixture, about 3-cm apart

Bake in 220 degree Celsius oven for 15 minutes until lightly brown. Remove and allow to cool

Top each puff with a little cream cheese (from step 1)

Garnish with parsley
