Curry Crabs Casserole

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the green onion into section and slice the ginger

Soak the vermicelli until soft, drain and set as

Clean the cut the crab in half

Step 4
Dust the crab with flour

Step 5
Deep fry for 20 seconds, drain and set aside

In a pan, add oil and half of the butter, sauté the shallot until crispy

Step 7
Drain the oil and save the shallot for later use

Pour it with the curry powder and mix wel

In the same pan, add the green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant

Add the crab back, and add chicken broth and coconut milk

Add half of the curry sauce and vermicelli, mix well

Add the fried shallot back and cook until the vermicelli absorb the sauce, mix together

In the clay pot, add the remaining curry sauce and the rest of the butter, heat the pot on medium heat

Transfer the crab mixture and mix well. Add the Chinese cooking wine and let it cook for a minutes. Ready to serve
