Curry Chicken and Raisins Spring Roll

Sun-Maid Seedless Raisins

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Chop the garlic, shallot and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the minced chicken with light soy sauce and ground white pepper for 15 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, shallots and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken, curry powder and sauté until fragrant. Add coconut milk, light brown sugar, salt and mix well. Stir fry the chicken until cooked. Add Sun-Maid Seedless Raisins and mix well. Let cool and set aside.

Step 4
Place the filling on spring roll wrappers.

Step 5
Roll.

Step 6
Brush some egg wash at the finishing to fix.

Step 7
In a pan, add enough oil on medium high heat. Add spring rolls and deep-fry until golden brown. Transfer to kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Ready to serve.
