Curry Beef with Cinnamon Yogurt Sauce

Cut beef into cubes

Add oil, salt, sugar

Add yoghurt

Mix well and marinate the beef

In the grinder, add the coriander seed, cumin powder, turmeric and use the pestle to grind until fine

Cut the onion into small dices

In the pan, sauté the onion until golden brown

then add grind seasoning and mix well

Then add the beef

Add grated ginger, carrot puree and garlic

Season with salt and sugar, add some water and the rest of the yogurt, cinnamon stick

7. Cover the lid and cook until the beef is tender about 30 minutes, transfer to the plate and add the yogurt on top to serve
