Curry Beef Burger and Egg with Cabbage Slaw

Step 1
Prepare the burger. Finely dice the onion and mix it with ground beef, 1 egg, breadcrumb, salt and white pepper

Form the mixture into patties and place in the fridge for 30 minutes

In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Cook the burger to your own preference on doneness and set aside

Prepare the curry sauce. In a pot, add some oil on a medium high heat. Add the potato and cook until golden brown

Add the carrot, water and bring it to simmer. Add the curry cubes and stir until the curry cubes has melted. Remove from the heat.

Prepare the cabbage slaw. Thin slice the cabbage and cucumber. Cut the cherry tomato in haves

In a bowl, toss together the cabbage, cucumber and cherry tomato. Transfer to the serving plate. Drizzle the Japanese mayonnaise. Sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds

Place the beef burger on the side and pour the curry sauce over.
