Cumin Single Bone Chicken Wing with Fried Potato

Marinating chicken wings with ground cumin is exceptionally flavorful! You will find it very convenient to eat if you cut the chicken wings into half. It is more satisfying to serve with fried potatoes and a glass of frozen beer!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Use a knife to cut the chicken wings into halves. Place into a zipper storage bag.

Step 2
Add ground cumin, rice wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and sugar. Shake to mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Dice the potatoes. In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add the potatoes and sear until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 4
In another pan, add some oil on a medium low heat. Add chicken wings and cook until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, sauté the red onion, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper until fragrant. Add potatoes, add salt to taste and stir well.

Step 6
Serve the chicken wings with potatoes.
