Step 1
Peel and chop garlic and ginger, soak them into water. Chop dried red pepper.

Step 2
Heat the pan and fry the dried red pepper, add in Citrus sauce, mix well then pour the mixture into water with garlic and ginger.

Step 3
Add in sugar vinegar and sesame oil, mix well.

Step 4
Wash and slice cucumber into pieces. Marinate it with salt.

Step 5
Heat some water, boil the pork belly pieces. Freeze the cooked pork belly for 10 minutes.

Step 6
Flatly place the cucumber on a chopping board, put a piece of pork belly on it, roll and serve with the seasoning sauce.
